behind Palladio, there's us!

Founders

Hello, it's Elisabeth. When I was little, I wanted to be a stylist. I spent my time imagining silhouettes, dresses, colors... something already very much linked to fashion without yet knowing how it would take shape.
As I grew up, my path led me to study communication, then a master's in luxury marketing after a bachelor's degree in Nice. But this guiding thread around image and aesthetics never left me.
I then had the opportunity to work within the Image Departments of Chanel and Hermès. There, I discovered up close what still fascinates me today: the way a house builds a universe, tells an emotion, and gives an identity through details, materials, and colors.
And then, at some point, the desire to create something more personal became obvious. Something that truly reflected me. That's when Palladio Paris was born — with my mother, with whom I share this same passion for fashion and beautiful things.
Together, we imagined a craft house inspired by the Italian Renaissance, velvet, and above all, a very instinctive vision of style and colors. A way to tell the story of fashion differently, through universes that move us.

Inspirations, an idea, a project

Our Story

Palladio Paris was born from my mother's and my desire to create something that reflects us, centered around our lifelong passions: fashion, materials, and creation.
Very quickly, velvet became an obvious choice. A material we love for its connection to fashion but also for the worlds it evokes: hushed Parisian atmospheres, a certain idea of style and elegance.
From this material came another inspiration that has been with us for a long time: the Italian Renaissance. Andrea Palladio's architecture became a founding reference and naturally gave its name to the brand, with this idea of construction, balance, and lines that we now find in the symmetrical braiding of our bags.
Then came the work on colors. For us, they are never just colors: they tell a mood, an era, a silhouette or a universe. Inspired by the history of fashion, the decades that have marked us, and personal aesthetic references, each one expresses a different way of interpreting style.

MADE IN ITALY

Our workshops

All our PALLADIO bags are made in Italy, in two partner workshops with which we collaborate. The first workshop specializes in the handmade creation of fashion pieces, a precise savoir-faire that gives shape and structure to each creation. The second is a sewing workshop where the removable satin pouches, a signature element of our bags, are handmade.
Our workshops are made up of Italian craftswomen whose manual work and mastery of gestures are at the heart of their craft. Each bag is thus the result of a precise gesture.
This manufacturing process values authentic Italian craftsmanship, as well as responsible and reasoned production, in opposition to mass production logic. It is a choice to which we are deeply committed and of which we are proud.

Style and craftsmanship

Our Vision

The Palladio Paris style lies at the intersection of ancient inspirations and an assumed modernity. Between Renaissance heritage, vintage references, and contemporary elegance, it draws a vision of style that is both timeless and current.
Our weaving is inspired by the lines, symmetries, and curves of Palladian architecture, reinterpreted through precise artisanal craftsmanship. This construction dialogues with our signature material, velvet, inherited from Renaissance aesthetics.
Our colors are born from multiple sources: art, fashion eras, but also emotions and atmospheres. Each shade translates an intention and a way of approaching style. To extend this vision, we have created an Inspirations page, conceived as a space for reading and interpreting our universe.
Committed to the beauty of the craft, we have chosen artisanal, reasoned, and responsible manufacturing, in collaboration with specialized Italian workshops, where each piece is made with demanding standards and care, far from mass production logics.
