2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products offered on the Palladio Paris website.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.
3. Products
The products offered are bags and accessories handcrafted in Italy.
Each product is presented with the most accurate description possible.
However, slight variations may exist due to the handcrafted nature of the items.
Photographs are non-contractual.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
Palladio Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.
5. Order
The customer places an order directly on the website.
The order is considered final after payment validation.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer.
Palladio Paris reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute.
6. Payment
Payment is secure and made via the methods offered on the site (credit card, etc.).
The order will only be processed after full payment validation.
7. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address indicated during the order.
Delivery times are indicative.
Palladio Paris cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers.
In case of a lost or damaged package, the customer must contact customer service as soon as possible.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned:
- unused
- in their original condition
- in their original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued after receipt and verification of the products.
9. Handcrafted Products
As each Palladio Paris item is handcrafted, variations may exist from one product to another.
These differences cannot be considered defects.
10. Liability
Palladio Paris cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the purchase or use of the products.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logo, design) are the exclusive property of Palladio Paris.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
12. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for order processing.
It is in no way resold to third parties.
In accordance with regulations, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their data.
13. Applicable Law
These GTCS are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
14. Visual Credits and Image Sources
Some images on the Palladio Paris website are from royalty-free image banks or external sources. They are used for illustration and inspiration.
